Мои коллеги из «ППР», услышав призыв о готовности отдельных заинтересованных лиц США выплатить вознаграждение в 10 миллионов долларов за информацию относительно Выборов Президента США в 2016 году, сразу решили откликнуться на это предложение! И предоставить САМУЮ исчерпывающую информацию, конечно, БЕСПЛАТНО! Но передать эту причитающуюся сумму в Фонд Мишель Обамы! Потому что? Созданный ею Фонд призван помогать тем, кто пострадал от пагубного воздействия китайского вируса.
Итак, по порядку? Было ли вмешательство от отдельных российских чиновников в Выборы США в 2016 году? Да, было! Отрицать это нельзя! Но парадокс заключается в том, что эта агитация была ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО в пользу Демократической партии, а, конкретно, в пользу Хиллари Клинтон. Кому это было выгодно?
Привести можно многочисленные примеры, когда на многих Научных конференциях в РФ поднимался вопрос о НЕОБХОДИМОСТИ (???) переизбрания Хиллари Клинтон. При этом делался акцент на то, что с ней дружит один чиновник из МИД-а РФ, и? Если только госпожа Хиллари встанет у руля в США, то все предложения от мидовцев будут встречаться на «ура». Честно говоря, этой формулировке мало, кто верил, но это широко муссировалось. Даже на закрытых Молодёжных площадках либерального толка представители политического бомонда США высказывались, что Клинтон и только Клинтон. При этом вспоминались благословенные времена правления её супруга…
Наверное, анализируя сегодняшние события, не трудно догадаться, что образ госпожи Клинтон использовался в качестве ностальгии по временам правления Бориса Ельцина, когда Россия была раздираема военными конфликтами и разгулом криминала? Многим лояльным журналистам это нравилось более всего. Наверное, потому, что в мутном потоке может удачно сложиться судьба заведомых бездарностей. Тогда с восторгом вспоминали речь Ельцина в Конгрессе США, где он торжественно заявил, что со «зверем коммунизма покончено». Это выступление особенно комично смотрится сейчас, с учётом того, что КПРФ и сегодня, спустя несколько десятилетий набирает не менее 10 % голосов избирателей на выборах всех уровней, а сам Ельцин сделал себе карьеру исключительно на партийных взносах! Ведь КПСС, сколько бы не было критики в её адрес, в те времена существовала ТОЛЬКО на взносы членов партии. Это сегодня все партии современной России, включая и оппозицию, держатся ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО за счёт бюджета РФ. Как и все СМИ, претендующие на оппозиционность.
Борис Николаевич был Первым секретарём Свердловского Обкома КПСС, именно в его бытность был снесён Ипатьевский дом, где был совершён расстрел семьи Николая Романова. Многие по ошибке называют его царём, хотя в тот период он отрёкся от престола, потеряв статус императора для самого себя и своей семьи. Но факт остаётся фактом! Именно Ельцин, с самым невозмутимым видом, встречал зарубежные делегации, когда останки «императорской (???) семьи» были перенесены в Петропавловскую крепость в Санкт-Петербурге.
Чтобы понять, по КАКОМУ сценарию развивались события 2016 года, необходимо вернуться именно ко временам правления Ельцина. Он поочерёдно занимал выборные должности Свердловского Обкома КПСС, затем Московского Горкома КПСС, что позволило ему получить статус члена Центрального Комитета КПСС. Далее он получил должность Министра по строительству, что утверждалось тем же ЦК КПСС.
Свою депутатскую должность он получил, когда депутат Казанник отдал ему свой мандат депутата РФ, что помогло ему стать Председателем Верховного Совета РФ, депутатов которого он беззастенчиво стал расстреливать в октябре 1993 года… И вот к этим-то временам расстрелов, погромов, грабежей, когда шли сериалы «Криминальная Россия», хотелось некоторым вернуться. Козырной картой для них, по не понятной причине, стала недогадливая Хиллари Клинтон.
И здесь-то следует упомянуть об одной чиновнице от СМИ, которая особенно много сил тратила на всевозможную пропаганду Клинтон. Образ Трампа тогда в СМИ РФ подавался в клоунском облике.
Какова была позиция сотрудников «ППР» к тому моменту? Газета «Поддержка Президентских реформ» настаивала на том, чтобы отменить 22-ую Поправку к Конституции США, которая ограничивала избираемость Президента США только двумя сроками. На наш взгляд, правление Сорок четвёртого Президента США было достаточно эффективным! Особенно нас восхищало, что доктор юридических наук – Мишель Обама, являясь не только Первой леди США, но выполняя колоссальную общественную работу, оставалась любящей супругой, заботливой мамой, мудрой Хранительницей домашнего очага. Потому что тогда уже была известна её книга, ставшая библиографической редкостью, о Здоровой пище, приготовленной собственными руками. Мы делали серию статей о Бараке Обаме и великолепной, замечательной Мишель Обаме, которой мы продолжаем восхищаться и сегодня.
И вот произошёл редкостный информационный парадокс. Чем больше чиновница от СМИ в РФ воспевала, прямо скажем, несуществующие достоинства Хиллари Клинтон, тем меньше всего кто-то в мире хотел видеть госпожу Клинтон у власти!
Достаточно глубоко исследовав политическую картину, сложившуюся в 2016 году, можно было без труда заметить, что, несмотря на то, что Мишель Обама была в предвыборном Штабе кандидата госпожи Клинтон, но симпатии избирателей складывались по-другому! Избиратели США смотрели на Клинтон, как на холодную зиму, отбирающую у американцев Светлую Весну. Такой Весной, жизнерадостной, обаятельной, выглядела Мишель Обама. Мишель Обама, спортивная, исполняющая грациозно любой, самый головокружительный танец, как знаменитое танго с Бараком Обамой, словом, Мишель, совершенно неосознанно, но тормозила рост эмпатии избирателей к возможностям Клинтон.
Правда, чиновница от СМИ пыталась освежить свои детские воспоминания, когда она проходила стажировку в США…Видимо, она хотела, чтобы потенциальные избиратели сравнили и её саму с образом Хиллари, которая в юности была толстой и неуклюжей, а во взрослой жизни смогла простить неверность своему супругу…Эта чиновница в одном интервью заявила, что она тоже в молодости прощала измены тем, кто с ней встречался.
Так бывает, что неумелый политтехнолог рассчитывает вызвать одни эмоции, но вызывает, к сожалению, совершенно другие. Время показало, что все усилия, предпринимаемые ею в политике, имеют эффект обратно пропорциональный. Чтобы понять глубину её тогдашнего политического провала, нужно проанализировать совсем недавний пример.
Чиновница от СМИ РФ обратилась к Правительству Армении на своей страничке в социальных сетях на том основании, что она считает себя армянкой, хоть и не знает Армянского языка. Конечно, её бестактный выпад был оценён глубоко негативно со стороны Армянского Правительства, просто рядовых жителей Армении и России. Пользуясь старым, сугубо отрицательным, на наш взгляд, методом советского времени, когда под письмом собирались многочисленные подписи, она заявила, что к ней обратилось ОЧЕНЬ много армян, желающих подписать её весьма сомнительный текст.
Она опубликовала эти подписи, где было видно, что некоторые подписывались семьями, но всего этих подписей едва собралось около двадцати, причём семейств, то есть носителей одной фамилии, было чуть больше десяти! В этот список была включена и фамилия её нынешнего сожителя. Но, если верить статистическим данным, то в РФ сегодня проживает свыше трёх миллионов армян. Только в Северо-Западном регионе насчитывается свыше 20 тысяч армян.
Для чего эти подробности? В Городе на Неве ещё в советское время проживало свыше 40 тысяч армян, то есть численность их сократилась? И здесь следует обратить внимание, что многие армяне переехали в другие регионы РФ и другие страны. В приватной беседе с представителями армянской диаспоры в Санкт-Петербурге в том же 2016 году удалось выяснить, что многие армяне В США голосовали за Барака Обаму. Ведь именно тогда удалось выявить факт коррупции со стороны отдельных деятелей США, уличённых в предвзятости при принятии решения по Карабахскому вопросу...
Так сложились обстоятельства, что в Северной Столице и её окрестностях Армянские общины праздновали факт изобличения чиновников в США как свою собственную Победу! Мы знаем, что формально в 2016 году в двух университетах США прошли студенческие выступления, где перевернули и сожгли несколько урн с мусором в знак протеста в связи с Победой Дональда Трампа?
Сравним результаты недавних Выборов Президента Белоруссии? Опять выкрики молодёжи, якобы баррикады из урн? А на следующий день? Та же чиновница обиженно на своей странице в социальных сетях заявляет, чтобы немедленно, НЕМЕДЛЕННО выпустили журналиста от её СМИ, который присутствовал при всех этих манипуляциях с урнами и был задержан. Не понятно по какой причине, но эта руководительница от СМИ не оформила ему аккредитацию.
То есть прошло четыре года, а тактика переворачивания урн с мусором не изменилась? Недавно та же чиновница заявила, что СМИ, очевидно, скоро не будут нужны, потому что многие общаются в интернете, рассчитывая на собственные источники информации. В этом она оказалась права! Такие СМИ, которыми она руководит, никому не нужны!
Отвечая ей на её выпад в адрес Правительства Армении, многие армяне ей говорили, что она существует ПАРАЛЛЕЛЬНО, её мнение НИКОМУ не интересно, но её убедительно просили не называть себя армянкой!
Видимо, так думали о ней армяне во всём мире и в 2016 году. Армянская диаспора помогла завоевать высокий пост Бараку Обаме ещё в 2008 году и повторно переизбраться в 2012 году. В Победу Дональда Трампа внесли свой интеллектуальный вклад армяне всего мира! Нет, это не были финансовые вложения, которые у предпринимателя Трампа достаточно высокие, это был именно ментальный вклад.
Наверное, то, что сегодня армяне ОТКРЫТО попросили чиновницу не выступать от имени армян, в Армянских общинах было превосходно известно и в 2016 году, ведь история Армянского народа уходит в глубокую древность, давая возможность этому этносу оставаться на гребне политической волны и сегодня.
Есть и ещё одна причина НЕОЖИДАННОЙ (???) Победы Трампа в 2016 году. Недавно получил полный разгром в суде США один аферист, пытавшийся навязать свою новую валюту. Целью его махинаций было подорвать финансовую систему США, к счастью, его затея полностью провалилась. Но вот интересно заметить тесную взаимосвязь этого мошенника с этой чиновницей, которая не только пользовалась его сетью, запрещённой к пользованию в РФ, но и широко рекламировала и его сеть, и самого этого махинатора.
Характерно, что после объявления результатов Выборов в Белоруссии, она с восторгом отмечала, что пользуется его сетью в качестве средства связи.
Итак? Почему Армянская диаспора помогла одержать Победу Дональду Трампу? Кстати, Никол Пашинян – нынешний руководитель Армении одним из первых ПОЗДРАВИЛ Александра Лукашенко с Победой на Выборах в Белоруссии!
Занимаясь исследованием ситуации 2016 года, можно с уверенностью сказать, что вклад бюджета РФ в успешность Трампа был! Потому что эта чиновница обладает значительным бюджетом! Только эффект от её усилий был обратно пропорциональным! Такое бывает! Если неумелый стрелок не может попасть в цель, то отдача на его плече от выстрела остаётся более заметной, чем его промах для противника.
В чём ещё были её очевидные просчёты? Она МАКСИМАЛЬНО выступала против обаятельного Макрона и эрудированной Брижит Макрон, проталкивая к креслу Президента Франции такую особу, которая потерпела сокрушительное поражение, но? Вместо того, чтобы признать свою явную политическую близорукость, она решила продемонстрировать свою полную историческую и архитектурную невежественность, выставив на обозрение фото ухмыляющихся негодяев, когда полыхал Собор Парижской Богоматери.
Политических ошибок у этой дамы было предостаточно. Провал с Выборами в США в 2016 году, ошибочность политического расклада во Франции. Незнание взглядов Армянского народа. Желание одёрнуть того же Президента Белоруссии, где вместо ЗАСЛУЖЕННОГО поздравления, она, с утра пораньше, злобно требует «выпустить ее журналиста». Забыв при этом, что документы на законное пребывание журналиста в той же Белоруссии, она не удосужилась сама правильно оформить. То есть опять же свою собственную безалаберность она не желает признать, но пытается упрекнуть Президента Белоруссии. И опять же симпатии этой чиновницы снова были на стороне той особы, закономерный провал которой был предсказуемо обеспечен.
Чтобы понять значимость Армянской диаспоры в мире, не нужно забывать, что Армянская община в той же Калькутте обосновалась со времён похода в Индию Александра Македонского, ведь армяне всегда были отличными мастерами ювелирного дела и ковки по металлу…
Так получилось, что весь громоздкий потенциал, потраченный этой чиновницей на продвижение госпожи Клинтон, Армянская диаспора смогла дезавуировать, создав эффект отдачи при неудачном выстреле. Чиновница в 2016 году проиграла информационную войну, потом последовательно продолжая проигрывать по всем направлениям.
Но, вклад Армянской диаспоры был далеко не единственным фактором завершающей Победы Дональда Трампа. Ведь обаяние, смелая решительность Мишель Обамы смогли подсказать тому же Израилю, что нужно в срочном порядке искать кого-то на замену госпоже Клинтон, которая бы одновременно выполняла и роль Президента США и Первой леди?
Мы знаем, что Иванка Трамп выполняет, причём весьма талантливо, роль Советника Президента США. Дочь тогдашнего кандидата на пост Президента США, которая приняла иудаизм, неукоснительно выполняя сложные семейные обязанности Еврейской мамы, но продолжая быть удивительно красивой, гениальной в решении сложных политических коллизий, именно тогда возможности Иванки Трамп тщательно просчитывались непревзойдёнными мудрецами и в Израиле, и среди Еврейских общин мира.
Но почему мы считаем, что при изложении указанных причин, деньги в сумме 10 миллионов долларов следует перевести в Фонд Мишели Обамы?
Вернёмся к аргументации всё той же чиновницы, заявившей в одном интервью, что распад США ей принёс бы радость, потому что тогда в США больше бы занимались внутренними проблемами, чем внешними. Но это её очередной политический просчёт! Мы выступаем за сохранение Единства политической системы США, которую отдельным административным выскочкам и хотелось бы раскачать. Перевод десяти миллионов долларов в Фонд Мишели Обамы стал бы почти десятикратным вознаграждением той Нобелевской Премии мира, которую получил Барак Обама.
К сожалению, из-за одной фразы, которую якобы приписывают Дональду Трампу, что Барак Обама родился не в США, Мишель Обама до сих пор питает враждебность к Сорок пятому Президенту США. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы выделенные средства на выяснение причин влияния РФ в 2016 году на политику США, были направлены для Фонда Мишели Обамы! Это было бы шагом к примирению в США, где так сегодня требуется взаимопонимание.
Да, следует признать, что далеко не все чиновники в РФ сегодня отвечают уровню хотя бы элементарной компетентности. Но, не надо забывать, что многолетний советский ориентир на продвижение тех, кто родом из плебейских семей, наложил свой определённый отпечаток. Это относится и к чиновнице от СМИ, родители которой из тщеславных замыслов отправили её на стажировку в США, но не научили армянскому языку. Принцип – «из грязи в князи» зачастую оказывает самое негативное влияние на развитие международных отношений.
Напомним, что Президент РФ неоднократно даёт советы журналистам, чтобы они старались быть более объективными, но, к сожалению, такие журналисты, поглощая колоссальные бюджетные средства, предпочитают считать себе независимыми. И их независимость на деле выливается в то, что ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЕ события развиваются НЕЗАВИСИМО от их частного, весьма примитивного мнения.
Чтобы коллеги в США могли в этом убедиться, можно привести опять же САМЫЙ свежий политический пример.
- Президент РФ утром ПОЗДРАВЛЯЕТ Президента Белоруссии с его Победой на выборах!
- Журналистка (чиновница от СМИ) такого поздравления не отправляет.
- К середине дня чиновница рассерженно требует ВЫПУСТИТЬ её сотрудника, задержанного в Белоруссии, причём требует, как торговка на базаре, без обращения к конкретному лицу.
- Она, будучи чиновницей, должна была бы обратиться, соблюдая субординацию, хотя бы к Президенту РФ?
- Но она, очевидно, считает себя ВЫШЕ Президента РФ, считая, что её страница в социальных сетях ВЕСОМЕЕ официальных документов?
- Через промежуток времени выпускают нашкодившего в другой стране пугливого крикуна.
- Чиновница приписала это освобождение своим несомненным заслугам.
Но она не учла ГЛАВНОГО фактора в этом политическом раскладе, что Александр Григорьевич Лукашенко, имея в своём образовательном цензе Высшую Школу КГБ, смог в полном объёме оценить вклад этой чиновницы в создание обстановки нестабильности в той же Белоруссии.
Считаем ли мы, что такие чиновницы от СМИ и те, кого они опекают, вносят раздор в международные отношения? Но возникает вопрос в том, осознанно ли они (или она) это делают? И можно дать только один, видимо, ответ, что так они поступают из-за крайне низкого уровня образованности, и ввиду полного отсутствия элементарного воспитания. Ведь та же чиновница любит вспоминать, что она предпочитала бросать свои окурки в пивные кружки, а не в пепельницу, при посещении баров… Так уж тем более можно простить ей совершенно неразумные траты громадных бюджетных средств на политические процессы, о которых она не имеет ни малейшего представления. По её собственным словам, её детство проходило в таком грязном жилище, где громадных размеров крысы, разгуливающие по комнатам, стали для неё нормой существования.
Крысы считаются умными животными, возможно, она что-то пыталась копировать от крыс в своём поведении. Но крысы никогда не поднимаются в поднебесье, оставаясь в мрачных подвалах. Пост Президента США – это освоение заоблачных политических Вершин.
Армянам, поклоняющимся горе Арарат, такое покорение доступно. Как и Израилю с древней историей Иерусалима.
Финансовый вклад от РФ в политику США в 2016 году был сделан через значительный бюджет чиновницы от СМИ, но результативность получилась с противоположным эффектом. Казалось бы, самый простой способ был бы отстранить эту чиновницу от занимаемой ею должности? Но тогда она и либеральные круги, в орбите которых она предпочитает вращаться, сразу бы оповестили весь мир, что в РФ нет свободы, особенно свободы СМИ? Вот почему россиянам приходится ощущать тяжёлую финансовую ношу таких СМИ, но зато и зрелость Президента РФ, общающегося напрямую и с Президентом США и Президентом Белоруссии, более заметна во всём мире
Конечно, обещанные 10 миллионов долларов сегодня Фонду Мишели Обамы для борьбы с китайским вирусом значительно важнее, чем тем информаторам, которые будут сейчас США забрасывать всевозможными вымыслами, желая сколотить себе политический капитал.

This speech looks especially comical now, given that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and today, several decades later, is gaining at least 10% of the vote in elections at all levels, and Yeltsin himself made his career solely on party dues! After all, the CPSU, no matter how much criticism was directed at it, in those days existed ONLY on the contributions of party members. Today, all the parties of modern Russia, including the opposition, are held EXCLUSIVELY at the expense of the RF budget. Like all media that claim to be opposition.

We did a series of articles about Barack Obama and the gorgeous, wonderful Michelle Obama, whom we continue to admire today.
And then a rare information paradox occurred. The more a media official in the Russian Federation glorified, frankly, the non-existent merits of Hillary Clinton, the least of all someone in the world wanted to see Mrs. Clinton in power!
Having thoroughly researched the political picture that developed in 2016, one could easily notice that, despite the fact that Michelle Obama was in the campaign headquarters of Mrs. Clinton's candidate, the voters' sympathies were different! Time has shown that all the efforts it makes in politics have an inverse effect. To understand the depth of her then political failure, it is necessary to analyze a very recent example.
An official from the Russian media appealed to the Government of Armenia on her page in social networks on the grounds that she considers herself an Armenian, although she does not know the Armenian language. Of course, her tactless attack was assessed deeply negatively by the Armenian Government, just ordinary residents of Armenia and Russia. Using the old, purely negative, in our opinion, method of the Soviet era, when numerous signatures were collected under the letter, she stated that a LOT of Armenians had approached her, wishing to sign her very dubious text.
She published these signatures, where it was clear that some were signed by families, but there were barely twenty of these signatures, and there were a little more than ten families, that is, carriers of one surname! The surname of her current partner was also included in this list. But, according to statistics, over three million Armenians live in the Russian Federation today.
